AKG Global LLP imports metal scrap into India from yards around the world. Our main trade is HMS and LMS, in bulk vessel lots and container loads. We also buy copper, aluminium and other metals in smaller quantities.
What we buy
Grades & specs
We buy against ISRI-style specifications. All material should be free of sealed containers, dirt, excess moisture and anything hazardous.

How we work
From yard to India
We start small with a new supplier, confirm quality and paperwork, then grow the quantity on the next shipments.
Offer
You send material, quantity, load port, CNF price and shipment date.
Inspect
Photos, video and a pre-shipment inspection (PSIC) by an approved agency.
Contract
Signed contract with secure payment terms such as LC at sight.
Ship
Loading into containers or vessel, with weight records and bill of lading.
Arrive
Customs clearance and delivery to buyers in India.
Any lot size
Full vessel loads or a few containers. Yards with steady volume get repeat business.
Clear paperwork
PSIC, radiation certificates and shipping documents are agreed before loading, so nothing gets held at the port.
Safe payments
Payment terms protect both sides. We start with a trial lot and grow from there.
